About NANOVIZO

NANOVIZO is a pioneering developer of in situ technology for electron microscopy, specialized in MEMS chip fabrication and in situ electron microscopy solutions. We have developed various in-situ TEM chip reactors and holders, introducing gas/liquid in to EM, thus achieving real-time imaging of dynamic reaction at atomic scale. Five series of in situ products have been developed, which enable the integration of multiple external stimuli—including light, biasing, thermal heating/cooling, mechanical testing and force measurement, supporting high spatiotemporal resolution studies under various conditions.

NANOVIZO is committed to advancing in situ electron microscopy technology, expanding the role of the electron microscope from a conventional characterization tool into a multi-field coupled research platform at the micro- and nanoscale. The company maintains long-term collaborations with universities and research institutions worldwide, continuously driving frontier research and real-world applications in this field.

In MEMS chip development and manufacturing, NANOVIZO has established a comprehensive in-house R&D and production system, supported by dedicated cleanroom facilities and systematic testing platforms. All core chips are independently developed, with dozens of product series spanning in situ electron microscopy chips, bioanalytical chips, and integrated sensing chips. Among them, NANOVIZO's in situ EM chips are recognized as industry-leading and are widely applied in crystal growth, materials science, energy, catalysis, environmental science, chemistry, and biology.
